DOLK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOLK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX1, IL5, and MC3R. Each is linked with DOLK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOLK-to-partner and partner-to-DOLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX1 grouped by DOLK-low versus DOLK-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
