DOHH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOHH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,687 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLIN3, MGAT3, and ALDH1A1. Each is linked with DOHH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOHH-to-partner and partner-to-DOHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOHH versus PLIN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
