DOCK10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOCK10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,043 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RLN3, GPX5, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with DOCK10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK10-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RLN3 grouped by DOCK10-low versus DOCK10-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
