DNTTIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNTTIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,744 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNTTIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDJ2, MIR1273H, and STSP1. Each is linked with DNTTIP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNTTIP2-to-partner and partner-to-DNTTIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDJ2 grouped by DNTTIP2-low versus DNTTIP2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNTTIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNTTIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
