DNMT3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMT3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,111 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPX2, AURKB, and DLGAP4_T915. Each is linked with DNMT3B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT3B-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNMT3B versus TPX2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
