DNMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,799 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and MCM2. Each is linked with DNMT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT1-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNMT1 versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
