Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,232 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNM1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyufmylation, Protein localization to cilium, and Regulation of protein acetylation. Each is linked with DNM1P5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1P5-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1P5 results are reported.
