Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNM1P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNM1P5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher DNM1P5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNM1P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG show a favorable association.

MESO, BRCA, and OV are the cancer types where DNM1P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
