Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1P33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,065 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM1P33-associated genes across cancer lineages are NBPF8, XAF1, and SLFN5. Each is linked with DNM1P33 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1P33-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1P33 results are reported.
