Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNM1P33 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNM1P33 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DNM1P33 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNM1P33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, DLBC, and LIHC are the cancer types where DNM1P33 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
