DND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBPC3, BPIFB3, and CYP4F8. Each is linked with DND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DND1-to-partner and partner-to-DND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYBPC3 grouped by DND1-low versus DND1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
