DNASE1L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,142 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE1L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, FNDC3B, and STRBP. Each is linked with DNASE1L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1L2-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNASE1L2 versus RRBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
