Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNASE1L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNASE1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, ASB17, and LRRC53. Each is linked with DNASE1L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1L1-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1L1 results are reported.
