DNAJC30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC30-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-47P, RN7SL386P, and MIR6870. Each is linked with DNAJC30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC30-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-47P grouped by DNAJC30-low versus DNAJC30-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC30→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
