Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-866P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-866P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-866P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RNU6-866P RNA expression shows 6,431 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight KIRC, LUAD, and DLBC as cancer lineages where RNU6-866P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
