DNAI4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAI4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,024 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAI4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A33, PPIH, and TYMSOS. Each is linked with DNAI4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A33 grouped by DNAI4-low versus DNAI4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
