DNAI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,775 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-42P, LSM10, and IGLJ5. Each is linked with DNAI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-42P grouped by DNAI1-low versus DNAI1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
