DNAH11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,473 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GINS4, ALDOC, and CETN3. Each is linked with DNAH11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH11-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAH11 versus GINS4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
