Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAH11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNAH11 data layer compared with 11 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher DNAH11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAH11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and KIRC show a favorable association.
KIRP, MESO, and BRCA are the cancer types where DNAH11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
