Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAH11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,235 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAH11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Cellular detoxification, and Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with DNAH11 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH11-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion grouped by DNAH11-low versus DNAH11-high in STOMACH.
