Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAH11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,895 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNDP2, C1QBP, and PDS5A. Each is linked with DNAH11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH11-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNDP2 grouped by DNAH11-low versus DNAH11-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
