DNAH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,206 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL14A1, EIF4G1, and APPL1. Each is linked with DNAH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAH1 versus COL14A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
