Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAH1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNAH1 data layer compared with 13 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DNAH1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where DNAH1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
