Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,188 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF106, ABHD17B, and ATE1. Each is linked with DNAH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAH1 versus ZNF106 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
