DNAH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,011 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UFD1, POC1A, and RASSF1. Each is linked with DNAH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UFD1 grouped by DNAH1-low versus DNAH1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
