The most reproducible DNAH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and ERK2. Each is linked with DNAH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH1 results are reported.
