Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,497 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with DNAH1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH1 results are reported.
