DNAH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,218 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSF2, CCNC, and C12orf29. Each is linked with DNAH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSF2 grouped by DNAH1-low versus DNAH1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
