DNAAF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,265 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P5, RN7SL248P, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with DNAAF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF5-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1P5 grouped by DNAAF5-low versus DNAAF5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
