DNAAF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,810 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNALI1, EFCAB7, and IFT140. Each is linked with DNAAF3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF3 versus DNALI1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
