DNAAF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,245 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, TTC29, and CIBAR2. Each is linked with DNAAF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF3 versus C20orf85 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
