DNAAF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Annexin-1, and STAT5a. Each is linked with DNAAF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by DNAAF3-low versus DNAAF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
