Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAAF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,067 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fat cell proliferation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling, and Sperm mitochondrial sheath assembly. Each is linked with DNAAF3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF3 results are reported.
