DMXL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,079 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPSAP2, C12orf60, and TTC19. Each is linked with DMXL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMXL2-to-partner and partner-to-DMXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRPSAP2 grouped by DMXL2-low versus DMXL2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
