DMTF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,442 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMTF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, BIN2_S444, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with DMTF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMTF1-to-partner and partner-to-DMTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMTF1 versus GTF2I in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
