DMTF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMTF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,997 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD96, GFI1, and NABP1. Each is linked with DMTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMTF1-to-partner and partner-to-DMTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMTF1 versus CD96 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
