DMTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,959 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-264P, TMEM225, and ANKRD33B-AS1. Each is linked with DMTF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMTF1-to-partner and partner-to-DMTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-264P grouped by DMTF1-low versus DMTF1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
