Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,100 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMTF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Microtubule nucleation, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with DMTF1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMTF1-to-partner and partner-to-DMTF1 results are reported.
