DMRTB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRTB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRTB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1216P, RN7SKP230, and MIR450A2. Each is linked with DMRTB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTB1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1216P grouped by DMRTB1-low versus DMRTB1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
