DLX4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,271 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BZW2, MIR193B, and PCNPP3. Each is linked with DLX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX4-to-partner and partner-to-DLX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLX4 versus BZW2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
