DLL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR122HG, VN1R69P, and HEXIM2. Each is linked with DLL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLL4-to-partner and partner-to-DLL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR122HG grouped by DLL4-low versus DLL4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
