Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf95, DNAJB5, and ATG10. Each is linked with DLK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLK2-to-partner and partner-to-DLK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLK2 versus C10orf95 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
