DLGAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLGAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLGAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with DLGAP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLGAP4-to-partner and partner-to-DLGAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by DLGAP4-low versus DLGAP4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLGAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLGAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
