The most reproducible DLG5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DLG5_S264, DLG5_S1666, and DLG5_S803. Each is linked with DLG5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG5-to-partner and partner-to-DLG5 results are reported.
