DLG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,026 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, MIR5689, and BUB3. Each is linked with DLG5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG5-to-partner and partner-to-DLG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO19 grouped by DLG5-low versus DLG5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
