Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,134 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLG5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Endosomal transport, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with DLG5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG5-to-partner and partner-to-DLG5 results are reported.
