DLG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 799 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, TBPL2, and RIC8B. Each is linked with DLG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG5-to-partner and partner-to-DLG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by DLG5-low versus DLG5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
