DLG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,777 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF9-AS1, HDDC2, and CCDC62. Each is linked with DLG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG4-to-partner and partner-to-DLG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF9-AS1 grouped by DLG4-low versus DLG4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
