DLD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,933 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, PEX1, and TNPO3. Each is linked with DLD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLD-to-partner and partner-to-DLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLD versus PUS7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
