DLD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-27P, VENTXP8, and COX5AP1. Each is linked with DLD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLD-to-partner and partner-to-DLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-27P grouped by DLD-low versus DLD-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
